1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "the Player," or "you") and 98k8 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 98k8 online gaming platform, accessible at 98k8.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms apply to all users of the 98k8 platform, including browsers, registered members, depositing players, and any other persons who access any part of the Platform in any capacity. Use of the Platform is entirely voluntary. If you do not agree to these Terms, your sole recourse is to discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the 98k8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform. This age requirement is consistent with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine law governing online gaming participation. 98k8 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any point to verify your age.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order with 98k8 or with any other gaming platform. Attempting to register or play while subject to a self-exclusion order is a material breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the 98k8 platform. The existence of duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on the 98k8 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

98k8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your membership:

• Government-issued photo identification (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of GCash or Maya wallet, bank account details)
• Selfie with government-issued ID where required

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 98k8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to 98k8 support immediately via live chat.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

98k8 supports a range of local Philippine payment methods designed to make deposits and withdrawals fast, accessible, and convenient for Filipino players across all regions of the country.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• 98k8 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit has been made in error.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• 98k8 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods may take longer than the standard processing window. 98k8 makes best efforts to resolve all withdrawal requests promptly.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

98k8 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page prior to opt-in.
• Validity Period: Bonuses and any associated free spins expire within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value; live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are specified on the promotion page.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 98k8 platform are supplied by licensed third-party providers including JILI, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play. Game outcomes are determined exclusively by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems embedded within each game engine. 98k8 does not modify, override, or otherwise interfere with game outcomes.

• Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-run averages as certified by the game provider. Actual results for any individual session will vary from the stated RTP.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's published malfunction policy. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned.
• Sports betting odds are determined by 98k8's sportsbook team and are subject to change up to the time of event commencement. Bets accepted prior to an odds change will be honoured at the odds in place at the time of acceptance.
• Voiding of sports bets may occur in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, venue change materially affecting the outcome, or the settlement of a result that was subsequently overturned by a governing sporting body.
• 98k8 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or gaming session. Maximum payout limits are published in the platform's game information sections and sportsbook rules.

7 Responsible Gaming

98k8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in the Philippines. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, the platform provides tools and resources to help you regain control.

7.1 Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available directly from your 98k8 account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session with an alert when the limit is reached.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98k8 platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or an alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or registering on behalf of a person under 21.
• Attempting to access the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated live casino wagering.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform to generate unfair winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.
• Using stolen payment methods, compromised financial accounts, or fraudulently obtained funds to deposit on the Platform.
• Engaging in charge-backs on deposits after gaming activity has taken place with those deposited funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 98k8 customer support staff or other members of the platform community.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 98k8 platform — including but not limited to the 98k8 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 98k8 or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any portion of the Platform's content without the prior express written consent of 98k8.

Any unauthorised use of 98k8's intellectual property, including use of the 98k8 brand name or logo in any third-party communication without written authorisation, constitutes an infringement of 98k8's rights and may be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 98k8, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from technical errors, disconnection, or Platform downtime, except where 98k8's negligence is directly and solely responsible.
• Any loss or damage caused by a third party gaining unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, tips, or strategies obtained from any third-party source in connection with your gaming activity on the Platform.
• Interruption or cessation of Platform services due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or technical failures beyond 98k8's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 98k8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The 98k8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 98k8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

11 Amendments to These Terms

98k8 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 98k8 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered members via email or a prominent on-platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 98k8 support via live chat.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any provision, or changes required by applicable regulatory authorities — may be made without advance individual notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and 98k8, you are encouraged to first contact the 98k8 customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. The support team is available 24/7 and will make best efforts to resolve your concern within two business hours. If your concern cannot be resolved informally through the support team, you may escalate the matter to 98k8's compliance department by submitting a written complaint to [email protected].

98k8 will acknowledge all formal written complaints within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may seek further recourse through the applicable regulatory authority or a competent Philippine court.

12.2 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
